eBridge Technologies Implements Global Outsourced Manufacturing Solution
by Anonymous
Greenville, SC July 3, 2004 -- eBridge Technologies, in a continued effort of providing software focused on the growing market of outsourced manufacturing, completed the Global Care Label System for Liz Claiborne. The Care Label system provides contract production facilities around the world the ability to download care information for garments produced in their facilities, while providing Liz Claiborne centralized system management ability. As new styles are created and produced, Liz personnel can load and manage the care instructions to be provided with the garments upon completion.
"The Care Label system is another step forward for eBridge as we continue to focus on opportunities resulting from the outsourcing trend in manufacturing," stated Brad Cunningham, President of eBridge. eBridge's expertise in dealing with global business issues and providing a solution that is both affordable and manageable is growing. After releasing iPQA, eBridge's global product quality system in 2003, the company is continuing to expand its presence as a formidable software development company. Bill Gallaway, eBridge Operations Manager added, "With the continued trend to outsource manufacturing, companies are running into issues that just cannot be afforded to be addressed with multi-million dollar systems. These companies need solutions that offer a low cost of ownership, while getting the job done, that is eBridge Technologies' specialty."
